Founded in 1989, Squatters Downtown is Salt Lake City’s first brew pub and post-prohibition brewery. Squatters serves award-winning local beer, craft cocktails made with locally distilled liquor alongside a sustainably-focused traditional, yet eclectic, menu for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Squatters Downtown Salt Lake offers four unique event spaces, and all ages are welcome! The Potting Shed and The Patio are mid-sized event spaces great for hosting group dinners and corporate lunches. The Loft on the second floor and The Grain Room on the third can be booked together or individually, creating a unique environment for large receptions and cocktail-style events.
The Loft
Located in the heart of Salt Lake City, Squatters Loft features a modern urban environment with spectacular city views and a private bar. This large private space is ideal for company parties, cocktail socials, wedding receptions, and large lunch and dinner events.

The Potting Shed
Squatters Potting Shed was built in 2001 prior to the 2002 Winter Olympics and features a sparkling urban environment with large windows that look onto a garden patio. This midsized private space is perfect for more intimate brunch, lunch, and dinner gatherings.
